Size chart is wrong

We completely understand how frustrating it is when sizing doesn't turn out as expected. We appreciate you checking the size chart prior to ordering, and we’re sorry to hear the item doesn't match the size chart. 

Because each of the PAVO items is individually cut, sewn, and packaged, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. The Professional Association of Volleyball Officials is in agreeance with LeaderPromos on a no return or exchange policy. 

However, if you can provide an example of the measurements being incorrect, we would be happy to provide you with a new correctly sized item. Please contact our team attaching photos here.
