I read the sizes and sized up but not the shirt is too big, can I exchange?

We completely understand how frustrating it is when sizing doesn't turn out as expected. We appreciate you checking the size chart prior to ordering, and we’re sorry to hear the fit wasn’t what you expected.

Because each of the PAVO items is individually cut, sewn, and packaged, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. The Professional Association of Volleyball Officials is in agreeance with LeaderPromos on a no return or exchange policy. 

The only qualifying exchanges are for the following defects:

• Significant print or embroidery defects (e.g., major misalignment, missing elements, severe color errors)

• Visible damage or flaws in the garment (e.g., holes, tears, broken seams)
• Staining, discoloration, or ink bleeding caused during production
• Incorrect item received (wrong size, style, or product)
